Doing a Final Walk-Through

The reasons why we do final walk-throughs with our buyer clients.

We've recently had many buyers ask why we do final walk-throughs, so let’s talk about it.

We typically do the final walk-through a day or two before closing to make sure everything is in the same or better condition as it was the last time that you saw it. That could’ve been the home inspection or even the first showing. We want to make sure everything is in working order. Another reason we do a final walk-through is to make sure any repairs we agreed upon are completed to your standards. You can do this inspection yourself or hire a company to do it.
